Funding for Graceful Financial Solutions comes from the fees Graceful Financial Solutions charges its clients. Graceful Financial Solutions is not affiliated with and does not receive any financial support from any bank, credit card company, collection agency, or any other source. Graceful Financial Solutions does not pay or receive fees or other consideration for the referral of debtor students to or from Graceful Financial Solutions .
Graceful Financial Solutions 's financial counselors have received certification as a Certified Personal Finance Counselor or equivalent. All counselors receive training from Graceful Financial Solutions to be able to answer any questions you may have regarding Graceful Financial Solutions 's course materials.
Graceful Financial Solutions does not report any of its clients to any credit reporting agency. Thus, use of Graceful Financial Solutions 's services should not have any impact on your credit report.
For the cost of Graceful Financial Solutions counseling session please call 313-887-7775 .While joint filers are not required to purchase the course separately, each spouse is required to complete the entire course. Upon successful completion of the course Graceful Financial Solutions will provide you with a Certificate of Completion. While the online course is available to students at any time via Internet access, certificates are issued by our staff, so you may not be able to get your certificate immediately if you complete your counseling outside of normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time. If you know you will need your certificate outside of these hours please contact us with as much advance notice as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
You will be required to provide your Bankruptcy Case Number, assigned to you by the court, during signup.
Graceful Financial Solutions accepts bank cards or money orders. You may also pay by use of an Attorney Code which you may obtain from your attorney if he or she is a Graceful Financial Solutions Subscribing Attorney.
If you are unable to afford the fee you may apply to Graceful Financial Solutions for a waiver of the fee. Graceful Financial Solutions will also waive its fee if you are being represented pro bono. If you pay for the fee before you are represented by an attorney, and then you retain an attorney who represents you pro bono, you may request a refund of your fee from Graceful Financial Solutions .
Graceful Financial Solutions Education Services, LLC maintains all client information in the strictest confidence. The information you provide will be used by Graceful Financial Solutions Education Services, LLC for the limited purpose of completing your counseling with us. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose, and no information will ever be conveyed or disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as may be required by law.
